A photo journal of the build process of the WarLord chopper  


 
The bare Dirty South Choppers ridgid frame. Stretched 8" up, and 6" out.
250 wide tire, left side drive.

 
 
We're using the 130 h.p., 124 c.i. S&S engine with
Super G shorty carb, roller rockers and compression releases!

 
 
The 80 spoke rear wheel will support the Avon Super Venom 18x250 tire.
 
 
Coming together...
80 spoke front 21" wheel and Meanstreet forks.
 
 
The front wheel. 80 spoke 21" rim with Avon Super Venom 21x90 tire. Performance machine brakes and floating rotors. Fender is bare, we'll be modifing it to Allen Bros custom fit.
 
 

The fat 250 rear tire! 65 tooth polished billet rear pully belt drive.
The rear fender will get custom worked also. The trans is out in the pic, but it's a Jim's 6 speed overdrive with pro-cut gears. Primary drive is BDL 3" belt! (those bars are for mock-up only, a custom set with internal throttle will be fabricated) We're using Arlen Ness hand controls with hydraulic clutch (to help pull the BDL racing clutch).

This sick machine is over 9 feet long. It's going to be like riding a rocket!!!
